Kelly E. McKee, MSW-LNHA

Kelly began her career at Hope Care Center (HCC) as Assistant Administrator and was named Administrator in March 2024. From the start, she felt a strong connection to HCC’s mission as Missouri’s first and only skilled nursing facility dedicated to serving individuals living with HIV/AIDS.

Since joining the HCC community, Kelly has come to see residents and staff as her second family. She is deeply committed to fostering a warm, homelike environment where residents feel safe, respected, and valued. HCC’s holistic, resident-centered approach to care reflects her belief that every individual deserves dignity, compassion, and the opportunity to maintain their unique identity.

Kelly especially enjoys spending time with the residents and collaborating with HCC’s dedicated team that prioritizes person-centered care and meaningful relationships.  In keeping with HCC’s guiding belief, Kelly is confident that—together—we can make a difference.
