Hope Care Center is one of three AIDS service organizations that make up the AIDS Service Foundation of Greater Kansas City. Money raised through ASF provides food, shelter, medical care, and other services to the diverse communities dealing with HIV/ AIDS, as well as providing public education about HIV infection. With Hope Care Center, these groups make up Kansas City’s AIDS Service Foundation:

KC Care Health Center provides primary medical and dental care, case management, behavioral health counseling and HIV testing and prevention in both English and Spanish. www.kccare.org
