Kelly E. McKee, MSW

Kelly started at Hope Care Center (HCC) as the Assistant Administrator and transitioned to Administrator in March 2024.  Kelly was fortunate to train under previous HCC Administrator, Theresa Viscardis, MA-LNHA, whose extensive expertise and compassionate heart provided an amazing example to follow.  Kelly was drawn to the mission of Hope Care Center as the first and only skilled nursing facility for persons with HIV/AIDS in Missouri.  Since joining the HCC team, she has come to think of HCC residents and staff as her second family.  She finds that the small, homelike atmosphere of HCC coupled with the holistic approach to resident-centered care creates a special sense of familiarity and comfort for both the residents and staff alike.  Kelly especially appreciates visiting with the HCC residents and their families as well as the opportunity to work with a top-notch staff who are committed to providing person-centered care that focuses on sustaining the residents’ sense of self and individuality.  In line with HCC’s tag line, Kelly knows…Together we can make a difference!
