Thank you for visiting HopeCare Center's new website!  We are very excited about the launch of our new website and pleased that it will be helpful to so many of the people that we work with everyday.  There is information that potential residents will find useful as they consider moving to Hope.  Knowing our history or learning about our resident activities will help potential residents make this important decision.

Social Workers and Case Managers will find general information about admission of residents as well as details of our admission process.  Our goal is to make the process work easily for Social Workers and Case Managers who are interested in placing potential residents at Hope, and to provide information that will help accomplish a good fit between the resident and facility.

As you look through the website, you will see many opportunities to update your contact information and to provide your email address.  This will help HopeCare Center‘go green’ with its newsletter and save printing and mailing costs as well.  You will also find information about upcoming and past events and  many pictures of past events for you to enjoy.
